More great news (some sarcasm, some real)

For the latest update on our adventures..... I recently discovered I hit a pothole or something which has caused a large bruise in our tire and lost a wheel cover. So really how much does a plastic wheel cover cost? Try $70, is that not crazy. So now we have to go tomorrow and get the tire replaced and probably at least one other since they have recommended we change two. The story has stayed interesting as Kevin has insisted I hit a deer and Gracie seems to believe him. We have also chased down a few wheel covers only to discover they don't fit. What we mean is we have driven roads we frequently travel and quickly pull over at the site of a wheel cover. The first one looks like a cheap wal-mart wheel cover which is about 2 sizes too small for our van (we actually thought about using it until we replace the other as our van looks like the ghetto van right now with the missing wheel cover). Our kids won't let it go that we stole it. They insist we take it back and leave it on the sidewalk that we found it as the owner may be looking for it as we are looking for ours. The next wheel cover I was convinced was ours. I was going to meet Kevin for lunch and found a Toyota wheel cover that was an exact match, almost. Come to find out it too was one size too small for our van so we have "stolen" two wheel covers now and our children believe we have serious issues of theft. I guess we will probably give up and fork out the $70 but wont be happy about it.

Also, on less funny and less expensive note Kevin did pass his test today. They told him it would be two weeks for the results but the results were already available. He now has to turn in his licensing, controlled substance and DEA paperwork and wait for them to process them before he is a full blown PA.

I also had another scare with Gracie today as she was saying she had a short episode of chest pain. No, no syncope today and it resolved before she had to go to school. I don't think I can handle the drama. Kevin told the kids tonight they are to be extra careful as we are between health insurance coverage right now. He thought of wrapping them in toilet paper or gauze to keep them extra protected.
Well, I guess that is it for now. We hope you are all doing well. Enjoy these pictures, some old, some new.
